Pricing and Registration:
Group Rate (requires a minimum of 22 participants / 11 double rooms)
- Double Occupancy (per person): $4425 (lodging and transfer shuttles included)
- Single Occupancy: $8010 (lodging and transfer shuttles included)
Individual Rate (if the group minimum is not met)
- Double Occupancy (per person): $4865 (lodging and transfer shuttles included)
- Single Occupancy: $8795 (lodging and transfer shuttles included)
The tour operator has provided two pricing options: Group and Individual. The Group Rate is approximately $500 less per person and is available only if we book 11 double rooms (22 participants).
We must qualify for the Group Rate by August 25, 2026.
Register Now - No payment Required
If you're interested in the trip, please register as soon as possible so we can determine whether we have enough participants to qualify for the Group Rate.
No payment or deposit will be collected until we know which pricing level we've qualified for.
If we don't reach the minimum number of participants and must use the Individual Rate, you'll have the opportunity to review the revised pricing and cancel your registration with no obligation.
If we qualify for the Group Rate, I'll commit to the room block with the tour operator. At that point, full payment will be due, and your reservation will become non-refundable. This policy protects the group from losing the discounted pricing and ensures the club isn't financially responsible for unused rooms.
Cancellation Policy:
The reason for the non-refundable policy is that the club is financially responsible for the reserved room block. If participants were allowed to cancel after we've committed to the group rate, we could fall below the minimum number of participants required to qualify for the discounted pricing. That would either increase the cost for everyone else or leave the club responsible for paying for unused rooms. Neither is an acceptable outcome, so once payment has been made, your reservation will be considered final.
If your plans change after you've committed, you still have a couple of options:
- Transfer your reservation to another skier. We may have a waiting list, or you may be able to find someone to take your place.
- File a claim with your travel insurance if your reason for canceling is covered.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. In addition to trip cancellation and interruption coverage, many policies include emergency medical coverage, medical evacuation, and other travel-related benefits. It's important to verify whether your personal health insurance provides coverage in Japan, as many U.S. health insurance plans offer limited or no coverage outside the United States.
